Thank you for shopping with us! Our goal is to help you enjoy your purchases safely, confidently, and for as long as possible.
Products such as pools, inflatables, and air beds rely on vinyl liners, seals, and internal pressure. Because of this, the same strict care and warranty rules apply across the industry, no matter which retailer you purchase from.
While inflatable pools are generally more sensitive, metal frame pools and air beds carry similar risks due to their liners. They can still be damaged by:
- Surfaces (concrete, stones, uneven ground)
- Improper preparation or padding
- Dragging or shifting during setup
- Incorrect chemical use (for pools)
- Weight and pressure once in use
For other assembly-required items like patio sets, dog houses, or furniture, these vinyl-specific risks do not apply, but proper assembly, site preparation, and careful setup are still important.
Manufacturer warranties for pools, inflatables, and air beds cover manufacturing defects only — not damage caused by setup, surfaces, handling, or use. This is industry standard, not unique to our store.
To help protect your purchase, our setup and care tips are listed first, so you know what to do before using your items. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to provide guidance before setup.
1. Pool & Air Bed Setup & Care Tips (Vinyl Items Only)
Pool Setup – Recommended Practices
Pools are semi-permanent once filled — do not drag or shift with water inside
Concrete and hard surfaces can damage liners; tarps or thin ground cloths are insufficient except on smooth tile
Recommended padding: compacted red sand, rubber-backed grass, gym/foam tiles
Avoid hidden debris, sharp stones, and uneven ground
Inflate slowly, seal valves, and follow chemical guidelines (chlorine dispensers only)
Coastal setups: use rust-resistant spray on metal parts
Filter & pump care: check often; clogged or dry-running pumps are not defects
Air Bed Care
Inflate evenly and slowly; do not overinflate
Keep away from sharp objects and pets
Normal air loss is expected

Using chlorine tablets directly in pools
Ignoring filter or pump maintenance
Patio sets, dog houses, and other non-vinyl items do not require these vinyl-specific precautions but still require proper assembly and site preparation.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on location, item size, and availability. Usually same day to maximum 3 days for Trinidad. Tobago delivery depends on the method of delivery courier - 3 days to 1 week. TTTPOST 1 week to two weeks.
Some items are delivery-only
Tobago delivery requires full payment before dispatch
Courier delays, weather, and logistics are beyond retailer control
3. Assembly & Setup
Assembly or setup services are not free
Use of a setup service is optional; customers may assemble items themselves
For larger or more complex items (pools, patio sets, dog houses, etc.), some customers request assistance. We can recommend independent contractors familiar with the products
Recommended contractors are independent service providers, not employees or agents of our business
Using a contractor does not transfer liability to the retailer or contractor for:
Improper or unsuitable ground
Hidden debris, stones, roots, or uneven areas
Structural shifting, settling, or compression after setup
Damage resulting from customer-provided surfaces
Ground/site preparation remains the customer’s responsibility, whether self-assembled or professionally assembled
Full payment for items requiring setup must be received and cleared before assembly begins
No assembly or setup will be performed without cleared payment — no exceptions
4. Payment & Orders
Payment methods accepted:

Debit Cards
Cash on delivery (select items only) TTD & USD
WhatsApp payments via Fygaro where you can use Linx or Visa Debit Cards and Credit Cards
Non-refundable downpayments are required for large, heavy, high-demand, or special-order items
Items are NOT guaranteed held without a downpayment
Rush orders carry special restrictions
30% restocking fee applies where product descriptions or sizing were not reviewed
COD fees vary by location and product size
Customers who cancel last minute or are no-shows for COD will be blacklisted; info may be shared with other online retailers. Future purchases require full prepayment

5. Warranty & Returns
All warranties are manufacturer-based
Pools, inflatables, and air beds: warranty claims are directly between manufacturer and customer
Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt
Photos and videos are required before inspection
Items must be returned in original packaging
If the manufacturer determines the issue is not a defect, the item will be returned at customer cost
All transport costs for returns are paid by the customer
Manufacturer decisions are final and apply industry-wide
6. Product Liability & Measurements
Customers must verify all measurements before purchase
Returns due to incorrect measurements are not accepted
User damage, misuse, improper setup, or wear is not covered
Policies apply industry-wide, not just to our store

Before Setup ✔ Level the ground
✔ Use thick, non-compressible padding (sand, gym tiles, rubber grass)
✖ Tarps & thin ground cloths are not enough on concrete or dirt
During Setup ✔ Unfold gently — never drag the liner
✔ Remove stones & debris
✔ Do not set up at night
✖ Do not pull or stretch liner aggressively
After Filling ✖ Do NOT drag or move pool with water inside
✖ Do NOT place chlorine tablets directly in pool
✔ Use a chlorine dispenser
