• Punctures, misuse, over-inflation & wear and tear not covered

• All claims subject to inspection & manufacturer approval

• Proof of purchase required | Report issues within 7 days. Items are to be returned for inspection in its original packaging and the retailer is not liable for return costs for inspection or return to customer in the event that the inspection proves that it's not a manufacturer defect.

All pools, airbed  & inflatables are sold *new and sealed*. No returns or exchanges once opened. These items *do not have a store warranty* after unboxing, per Intex policy.

Intex offers a *limited manufacturer’s warranty* handled directly by the customer. Many claims are denied due to setup issues
